Any person acting in an official capacity that uses the LUMLEY Vampire
agrees to an imputed civil penalty of one hundred thousand dollars per
article or any portion of an article, and one hundred thousand dollars per
reproduced article or any portion of an article reproduced. The above is
agreed to under an imputed minimum civil penalty of one hundred thousand
dollars, regardless of how big a portion is used from a single issue.
Separate issues impute separate fines. Should the department manufacture,
print, produce, reproduce, email or distribute any issue of or portion of any
issue of the LUMLEY Vampire the department of corrections agrees to an
imputed civil penalty of one hundred thousand dollars per reproduction. Any
Vampire issues, reproductions or portions there of that are presently being
used as of 06-01-00 in an official capacity at this time are to be destroyed
by burning. The LUMLEY Vampire is intended as humor, and all characters are
to be presumed fiction regardless of any unintended similarities to people
living or dead.
