Spotters are, in short, Luminas Veritas First-Responders. They are the initial point of contact for any situation brought to the awareness of Luminas Veritas, which means that not only must they be willing to deal with any situation they may encounter, but they must be able to determine which situations require their attention and which should be brought to the attention of the organization as a whole. They deal with and solve any situation as best as they can, and report their findings and efforts, reporting the situation closed. If, in the Spotter's opinion, the situation should arise that a specialized team is required to close the incident, then they should get in contact with Luminas, and a specialized team will be dispatched according to the information the Spotter provides. In addition, Luminas Veritas Spotters present at any official function act as Guards. Ideally, the period of time between a contact and a Spotter Team dispatch will be no greater than 24 hours. Spotters must be dedicated to helping people, and be prepared to handle any situation to the best of their abilities. I ask that they be willing to obtain CPR and NOAA Weather Spotter Training in the future. |
