A concept has been growing: Rather than citizens fearing to expose corrupt activities for fear of retaliation, the culprits are instead made paranoid of retaliating. The idea is to put these good citizens are put in the spotlight, so that any action against them may be witnessed by an international community of volunteers. In plain view of the world, what power do the culprits have? Any evidence or testimony of corruption is welcome. This includes misdeeds by private companies connected with government officials. However, it should affect a great deal of the nation or have environmental impact. Misdeeds that only affect locals should be handled by civil groups. From Bush Sr. as CIA head in the 70s, Vice President in the 80s, and President 1998-1992, as well as Bush W's activities as Texas governor and U.S. president, all will be fair game. Activities over the past that 30 years have led to today's situation with Iraq. Whistle Blowers are sought from Bush cabinet members, formerly resigned agents, written testimony from soldiers serving in Iraq, and many other sources. The FBI, Pentagon, CIA, and White House aides are also welcome to spill the beans. We know there are many good people in there, as well as retired personnel. You may wish to sign your name onto the World Harbored Witnesses list, who will be witness against actions to you or loved ones. Names are collected privately and then displayed with permission. They will be verified either by contact with a family member or such, if they are a soldier currently in Iraq. They and loved ones will be under public watch, exposed to the world with citizens monitoring. If any action is taken against them, we will know. If you fear that some action might be taken against you or your loved ones, post your name, and include the names of the people you fear might take action. The truth is that many don't speak out of fear of retribution and because they fear being alone in presenting evidence.
