The House of Music
Standing affront at the fiery globe
Its skin an unbearable heat
Its voice thundering and howling
I am but a child to know to defeat
Without a weapon I am helpless to be
Yet wait! I hark I have heard something amidst
Faint and distant sounds are rendering an augmentation
The bewailing has a low and a shrilling voice
Together creating some song; some melody of poise
I have survived among the red giant for some time
I have learned to not let my ears hear no more the blight
I have chosen to listen to the tones in my mind
In nothingness I have closed my eyes
There seems be bliss here since
All songs heard from joy to lament
