Endless Eden

Thoughts thinking leaves

On the verge of the winds diminution

Such empathy I reflect

For the relieved denuded trees

The path in narrowing ardor

Everyday they drop like defeated soldiers

Lastly to be beheld in the palm of pan

Then splintered and cast to a gaunter memorable shore

The tide of a great ocean shall then reign

Only then bone and instinct to remain

And remembered; the thrust of the central sun

On the scale of balance where the fortune did run

I fear the damp caverns O’ subtle prince

Would you lovd’ to entertain me

With lower brain to capture invariable bond

Yet I knowest a secret more and fond

Alike the sparrow and the dove

There is a splendid eden southward bound

As he with panging hunger cannot squeeze bread from chilled stone

He shall flee his sanctioned home to heal afar

In eftest way; songs never meant to meet delay

In dire hour an homage has been sent

Traveled we dismay the brutal claim

We carry not the markings of yore the day’s bane

I alike any prince of regal intellect

Know the drifts are hearkened by the chime

When the call I heed the song

And too the eminence by a travel long to fold
