Vegetable Kebabs *tip* These are great served as a starter, so if you have prawns or whatever for the main dish, serve these to keep the guests going until the main dinner is ready.

Beef Burgers *tip* You'll need baps/buns for this.

Vegetable Burgers *tip* Nutcutleses or Bean-Burgers are ideal here.

A variety of fish: Salmon, Swordfish, Haddock etc. *tip* Prawns can be served as a main meal or as a 'side'.

Chicken *tip* If not properly cooked, you can get food poisining. So you could cook it properly indoors and then just warm it up on the bbq before serving. Or, if you have a meat hammer, you could hammer it down so it's thin.

Desserts
Fruit *tip* Use bananas, peaches/necterines on the bbq, then serve with cream. Alternitively, you could use tinned pinapples, oranges etc to serve fresh (not bbq-ed) or with cream

Ice cream *tip* If you aren't vegetarian, served with jelly is great!

Jelly *tip* Have a vegetarian version available.
