The program can be downloaded from here.
1. Click New. Then fill in your profile name, userid, hostname and password as shown. Profile name can be any names you want to give BUT please make sure the hostname, userid and the password that you supply are valid.
2. Getting connected.
3. Changing the local directory to where you want.
4. Transfering file using binary mode from remote host to your computer.
5. Transfering file using binary mode from your computer to the remote host.
