"Work with me here"

Our trip to visit the Raffertys in Boca Raton started at 3:30AM in the morning as we had to catch the 6:15 flight.  We arrived a little late at Fort Lauderdale Airport but Raffy was right there waiting with the officer at Pick up area.  We left in the Mom Bomb and julie used up the batteries in the camera playing with it on the ride home.  After a tour of the Rafferty's new mansion we settled down for some lunch - Raff was using solar power  to cook the burgers - Julie had to go out and fix the grill.  Then out to the links  - of course raff had everything set up when we got there.  After "working with the manager"  they let us go out in 2 groups (with the cooler of course) after telling us we already broke 14 rules and just don't break the 5-some rule - well, we didn't until the 5th hole.  Raff lost many bets and got many phone calls that day - I think Gore won the election when we were on the tenth hole and then lost it when we got kicked off at 17.  Then home for some thumbie, Drug Dealer, and mexican Dice - Those raffs scammed us and used the NA for the penalty drink.  Everyone got up early on Saturday - except Karen of Course  - some lounging around at home and then off to the pool where the guys kicked the girls' asses in trivia pursuit - even though sean was helping the girls cheat.  Later that night - out in the limo, dinner at Jetty's and then the wonderful eggnog party.  Next on the agenda was the dueling piano bar - that was a good time.  After arriving home, everyone was ready for bed except Burnsie (he is still sorry about flipping the cooler over in the laundry room) who wanted to play cards.  On Sunday it was off to Wilt's to watch the football games and then it was off to the Holiday Inn in Naples.
