Dresden, Germany

Here’s myself, Felix and Brett. We’re trying to say “What a cute home Felix has!”  While in Dresden, we had a great time.  Felix was an excellent tour guide who took us all around the city. We were really impressed with Dresden.  And his family was sooo nice –Danke!

Felix, myself and Amy in front of a famous church.  If you notice, the building has contrasting black and white bricks.  This is because it has been rebuilt with some new material.  All of Dresden was fire bombed and leveled by Allied Forces at the end of WW2.  Some estimates put the total over two hundred thousand people.  We're all glad humans have the capacity to forgive and move forward.

Amy and myself wearing about 50 lbs of clothing each.  We’re shivering in front of the Frauenkirche.  It was and will be again Dresden’s most famous land mark.
