Cackle

Finish Edna's Quests. It may take you a few or a lot of quests before getting this.

CAW

Beat the Black Pteri in Battledome. You get him as your opponent by a random event.

Capara

Catch Capara cheating than win that game of Cheat!

Chokato

Put a Chokato (TCG) in your inventory and refresh until you get it.

Chocolate

Go to the Chocolate Factory and buy an item of rarity 90 or higher.

Chomp

Feed your Jetsam any AQUATIC petpet and the notice will be shown in the item pop-up window.

Cloud

Complete Level 20 or higher of Jhudora's Cloud Quest

Feed a Coconut Jubjub a Coconut Cocktail.

Codestones

Have all 10 kinds of Codestones in your inventory and refresh until you get it

Deadly Dice

Play Count Von Roo's Deadly Dice. You have to get a DRAW and then win two games in a row. If you play and lose again after a draw, you also lose your avatar.

Feed Me

Feed a Skeith something with the word "skeith" in it. The cheapest one to get is probably some cookie or chocolate.

Buy an item from the Hidden Tower. There will be NO notification when you get this.

MSPP - The Avatar

Get a Malevolent Sentient Poogle Plushie (TCG) and put it in your inventory and refresh until you get it

Mutant

Give a Transmogrification Potion to one of your pets. Jubjub works the best.

Number Six

You need to have the same number of neopoints as Adam (the asparagus loving guy, yes, the creator of Neopets). You can see how much neopoints he has here. His neopoints do change so keep checking.

Pack Rat

Have at least 1,000 DIFFERENT items in your Safety Deposit Box
