| Now that they had all the money they needed, they could build the new Team Rocket47 Headquarters as advanced as they wanted. It would take them a little while to build the headquarters due to the limited amount of people, but they could do it. Since they wanted the headquarters to be hidden, they built it in the mountains near Lukes house. The mountains near Lukes house had homes in it already, but they began building the headquarters in an area where there werent homes for miles in every direction. Technically the land was owned by the BLM (Bureau of Land Management), but who was going to find them there? The area around the cabin was protected by a psychic barrier which prevented anybody from seeing the cabin itself. Basically, the cabin was invisible to anybody except for Team Rocket47 members. If anything did happen to stumble too close to the cabin, it would be teleported somewhere else when it came in contact with the barrier. The barrier, however, couldnt be generated by everybody there that was psychic. They would have to be doing that constantly, and psychic powers couldnt last that long. Joey had created a special machine that would do it for them. Luke was fortunate, because he had owned a car already, so he was able to purchase two trucks to haul the materials for the cabin without any trouble. The dealer was a bit surprised when Luke paid in cash, but he wasnt complaining. The trucks were two large Ford F-350s. The largest regular pickup made by ford, and they could haul a huge load. The trucks came in handy when it came to bringing wood and other supplies to the site. After quite a few months of nonstop construction, the cabin was completed. It didnt take that long since it was similar to the other two that Tac had destroyed, so they knew exactly what went where. Fortunately for them, they were able to finish the cabin before winter came. Everything on the outside of the cabin was finished. It was the interior that needed to be worked on now. Since it was too cold in the following months to work outside, they waited until Spring came to start on the training facility, otherwise known as the underground headquarters. Two full years passed before the entire cabin was finished. It didnt seem like it had taken that long, although it had. They were grateful, because the work was tiring and strenuous. All of their Pokmon had been recovered from the Team Rocket Laboratory before they left, so they put them in the underground headquarters once it was completed. It wouldve taken them much longer than it did, but they had some help from the Pokmon in hauling things around and the actual construction. Eventually everything returned to normal. The cabin was completed, so they went back to playing Go Fish as usual. Tac wasnt there to bother them anymore, so they were a lot more relaxed than they had previously been. Also, they were a lot closer to home. Well, Michelle, Joey, and Luke were a lot closer to home. The others, however, had been born and raised on Pokmon Island. One day Jads was back to her usual curious self, which tended to get her into quite a bit of trouble. She had been hearing explosions coming from Joeys lab, which was common, but they were happening more often than they normally did. One day Joey had gone into town to pick up some groceries, so Jads decided to make her move. She picked the lock to Joeys lab, then peeked inside. Everything seemed normal. Various parts and junk was cluttering the lab, as well as different chemicals and explosives. Suddenly something caught her eye. It looked like some sort of Death Ray, but she remembered what the last one had done. She giggled as she remembered Magick flipping the switch on the Death Ray, then getting zapped by it and turned into a Mew. Jads had no intention of turning herself into a Pokmon of any sort, so she decided it would be best to leave the machine alone. She saw a small toy sitting on a table which she recognized immediately. It was one of those virtual pets. She picked it up, then sat down in a chair next to the table. She turned it on, then started playing with it. She became so absorbed in it that she completely lost track of time, which was typical. After a little while the front door of the cabin opened and closed, and Jads heard Joey yell, Im back! I need some help with these groceries! Jads was so startled and afraid that she dropped the small virtual pet in her hands. She bent down to pick it up and accidentally bumped the table in the process. The bump caused the Death Ray to switch on, since it was sitting on the table. Joey had scarcely put the groceries on the kitchen table when a high pitched scream came from her lab. She quickly dashed to her lab and looked around, but there wasnt anybody in there. Joey was sure she had heard a scream moments earlier. She saw the machine sitting on the table, smoking. Somebody had used it, but she didnt know why. She then glanced down at the chair where Jads had been sitting a few minutes earlier, and saw her clothes lying on the floor. Joey smiled, then began looking through the lab. After a few moments of searching, Joey found a rather embarrassed looking Pikachu hiding under one of the tables. Jadsy, did you happen to use my machine? Joey knew the answer to that. The Pikachu stood up, then walked over to where Joey was standing and looked up at her. Joey knew that it was Jadsy because the Pikachu was wearing a familiar earring in one of its ears. Specifically, one that only Jads ever wore. Jads was still too embarrassed to speak. She ran out of Joeys lab and into her bedroom, then pulled a chair up to the door so that she could reach the doorknob to lock it. A few minutes later Joey knocked on Jads door and asked if she could come in. Go away, Jads said. Even though she was a Pikachu, she could still speak English. Jads, let me in please. Im not mad at you. I dont care if youre not mad. I dont want to be seen like this. Jads, that your own fault for going into my lab. You knew you werent supposed to be in there. Look, you can either spend the rest of your life locked in your bedroom, or you can open the door and let me come in. Joey heard Jads sigh deeply, then a few moments later the lock clicked. Joey heard the chair move away from the door, then she opened it. She poked her head inside and looked around. She couldnt see Jads anywhere. Jads, quit hiding. After a few more minutes of convincing, Jads finally came out of her hiding place and walked up to Joey. She was still blushing a little bit, but she decided it would be best to just get it over with rather than keeping it hidden for a while. Thats better, Joey said. She bent down to pick up Jads, but Jads tried to run away again. No you dont! Joey quickly grabbed Jads before she could get away. Jads still didnt want to let the others see her, but she had no choice. Joey carried her into the living room where the others were playing Go Fish. Whered you find the Pikachu, Joey? Ira asked. Why dont you ask the Pikachu? Joey replied. Jads squirmed to escape, but Joey held her tight. Well, tell them. Its me, Jads said quietly. Everybody recognized her voice immediately. They were shocked, but it quickly faded into amusement as Jads explained how it had happened. So, Jads is a Jadsy-Chu now? Luke said. That isnt funny! Jads yelled. She charged up the most powerful Thundershock she could, but it hardly even gave Luke a buzz. She was at much too low of a level for an effective attack. Chuu, Jads whined. Everybody thought it was funny, but Jads didnt feel the same way. She felt humiliated, but eventually as time passed she decided that it wasnt so bad. At one point in time she had actually wished she was a Pokmon, but a Pikachu wouldnt have been her first choice. Dont worry, Joey said to Jads, youll learn new attacks soon enough. With enough training and practice, youll be able to get as good as the rest of us. Jadsy wasnt quite as convinced, but she decided to accept the training from Joey. Joey started off by having Jadsy show her what attacks she knew already. Since Jads was at a lower level she only knew Thundershock, Growl, and Thunderwave. It will take a little bit for you to learn the rest of the attacks, but I know you well enough that youll learn them quickly. Joey had Jads battle a Squirtle that was about the same level as she was. Jadsy won easily since she had the type advantage, and also gained a level as a result. After an entire day of training, Jadsy was at level 14. She was just short of learning Quick Attack. She would probably learn most of her attacks earlier than most Pikachus since she was being trained by Joey. As the days passed, Jadsy continued training hard. By the end of the week, she was at level 25, and had learned Quick attack and Swift. She was progressing beautifully; almost as fast as Michelle and Luke had grown when we trained. At the same time, the name Jadsy-Chu had been permanently stuck on Jads, thanks to Luke. After he had first called Jads that name, everybody else followed. It actually sounded kinda cool, and Jadsy learned to like it after a little while. Everybody still called her Jads most of the time, however. Everybody cheered Jads on with her training, and she began to gain levels even faster. He biggest accomplishment was when she beat a Level 30 Onix. The battle had lasted quite a while, but Jadsy managed to pull off a victory, and also gain a few more levels as well. At the same time, she learned Agility. Joey continued to train Jadsy, although it wasnt really necessary any longer. Jads knew all the attacks eventually, and all she had to do was make her attacks stronger. Eventually Joey decided that it was time for Jadsy to experience a real battle. Luke would be battling her, so it didnt seem like much of a match. It really wasnt, but Luke knew what to do. He wasnt just going to faint Jadsy with one quick Thunder or something. He was going to use his weakest attacks possible, and let Jads battle her hardest. The battle began, and Jads made the first move. She attacked Luke with Swift, hitting him directly. It did more damage to Luke than he expected, however. In response Luke shot out a powerful Thunder, as if it was a reflex. Jads managed to dodge the attack, much to everybodys surprise. Luke attacked again, but this time used much less force in the attack. Jads stood there as the Psybeam raced toward her. The Psybeam hit where she was standing, then Jads was gone. Luke looked around alarm, and didnt realize Jads was behind him until it was too late. She had used Agility to race around Luke with amazing speed when the Psybeam was heading right for her. She attacked with Quick Attack, hitting Luke right in the head. Luckily for her it was a critical hit and did tons more damage that usual. Luke staggered forward as a result of the attack, then turned to face her. Jads used another Swift, and again she hit Luke right on. Her accuracy was incredible. She had yet to miss Luke with an attack. Luke was becoming weak, and had to transform into his Raichu form to conserve strength. At that point Jadsy knew she was going to have some trouble. A Raichu had much more stamina than a person did. Luke charged at her with a Quick Attack and Jadsy tried to dodge, but was barely to slow. The attack hit her a little bit, but not by much. Despite how much of Lukes attack missed Jadsy, it had still dealt considerable damage. Jads didnt want it to end this way, and used Thunder before Luke could recover his attack. It was suicide, because Luke could easily just absorb the electricity from the attack. What happened next was a shock to everybody. Rather than being absorbed by Luke, the Thunder attack hit him and he flew backwards. He landed against the far wall, kicking up quite a bit of dust. When the dust cleared, everybody could see that Luke had fainted. Jads had beaten him. Jads was just as shocked as everybody else. She didnt think she could actually beat him. Luke was at a much higher level than Jads, so why had she managed to beat him? Was it luck, or was there something special in Jadsy? That question was answered a few days later. Luke had fully recovered from the battle, but he was still feeling odd. Something wasnt right. He couldnt even use his psychic powers without getting a headache. Joey took a sample of Lukes DNA, hoping it would give them a clue as to why that was happening. She examined it carefully and gasped. What she saw shocked her. How would she tell Luke? One day everybody was in the Living Room playing Go Fish. It was Jadsys turn, and she asked Luke if he had any 5's. Go f . . . Luke trailed off, and suddenly he fell over in pain. His entire body shook uncontrollably as the pain tore through him. He began to glow as if he was evolving, but that was impossible. The pain continued as Lukes body began to change. When the light subsided, everybody gasped. Luke grabbed onto the table and sat up slowly, and looked around. Everybody was staring at him in shock. What? What happened? Go look, go look in the mirror. Joey said slowly. Luke ran into the bathroom, and screamed when he saw himself in the mirror. He was no longer Anthro. In fact, he didnt have a single mark on his body that showed he had ever been part Pokmon. He was human again. Luke slowly walked into the Living Room and threw himself down on the couch, horrified at what had just take place. He had only been sitting there a few moments when Michelle fell over and the exact same thing began to happen to her. An hour later, they were all sitting in the Living Room, seeing who would be the next to change. Joey stood up and cleared her throat. I know why this happened to Michelle and Luke only. Yesterday I took a sample of Lukes DNA, and was shocked by what I found. The Pokmon DNA in Lukes blood was rapidly breaking down. My only guess is that the same thing was happening to Michelle. Since the Pokmon DNA broke down, only human DNA was left, and you can see the result. Theyre completely human. I can only assume that their DNA has been breaking down for years now. Joey continued to explain for another 20 minutes. Michelle and Luke werent sure what they would do now. Being normal would take some getting used to. They could no longer use their powers since they had none. I have an offer for you an Michelle, Joey said to Luke after the other had left. He listened intently as Joey told him what it was, then she left him so that he could think it over and tell Michelle about it. The next day Joey approached Luke and Michelle. Well? Do you want to be Pokmon again? Remember, if you do it now, youd be just a little bit weaker than you were before you changed back. Luke looked at Michelle and she nodded, then he took a deep breath to calm himself. No. No? Joey said, a bit surprised. You really want to stay that way? Michelle and I talked it over, and we want to lead a normal life like any other couple. Joey smiled. That had probably taken a lot of thought and consideration to make that decision. Okay, but you know where to find me if you change your minds. Luke and Michelle smiled, then walked outside. Luke would really miss being able to fly everywhere, but he supposed he could get used to it. Michelle was thinking the same thing. Luke and Michelle looked at each other, then ran inside. Joey, are you sure were completely normal now? Michelle asked. Why do you ask? Joey replied. Well, we can still read each others minds, Michelle said. I see. Thats probably just the result of being psychic for so many years. Youve both learned to use your psychic abilities to the fullest, so its still with you even after the transformation. So, Michelle and Luke still had psychic abilities. Now, keep in mind that they cant move stuff around and everything. Mainly, they have the ability to read minds and see into the future. Kinda like those fortunetellers that look into a crystal ball and predict you future, then charge you an arm and a leg. The next day they left the cabin and drove into town. They picked up some groceries, then got a few things from the hardware store. Even though the cabin and underground headquarters were both completed, they still needed a few more finishing touches here and there. Jads was depressed now, because who was she going to fight? She didnt want to fight Joey, because Joey was too powerful. Same thing with Magick, because Joey had trained her as well. Luke and Michelle were the only ones that Jads wanted to battle, but that was no longer possible. Luke saw how depressed Jads was and went to talk to Michelle. She understood, but she wasnt sure if she wanted to become a Pokmon again. That night Michelle was still thinking about it, so she decided to talk a walk to clear her head a bit. Michelle, where are you going? Luke asked. Just going out for a stroll, Michelle said, standing in the open door of their bedroom. Michelle, if this is about becoming a Pokmon again, dont worry about it. Get some sleep. Michelle hesitated. She turned around, and was about to walk out of the bedroom. Michelle, come to bed. You need to relax, Luke said quietly. Michelle turned around and looked at Luke, who had an odd grin on his face. She smiled, then stepped back in the bedroom. She closed the door behind her, then locked it and walked over to the bed. She leaned over and kissed Luke, then crawled under the covers next to him. The next morning Michelle and Luke were woken up by Joey knocking on their bedroom door. Luke smiled and kissed Michelle on the neck, then ignored Joey. Joey didnt like being ignored, so she used her psychic powers to unlock the door. Joey opened the door, then Luke and Michelle simultaneously sat up in alarm. GET OUT!!! they both yelled at the same time. Joey instantly turned three shades of red darker and slammed the door shut. Luke heard a thump when Joey tripped over something as she was running down the hall and laughed. Joey seemed to trip or stumble a lot when she was alarmed. Luke climbed out of bed and went to take a shower. He turned on the water and waited until it got warm enough, then stepped in. At first it was a bit too warm, but he got used to it quickly. Moments later Michelle came into the bathroom and looked at Luke, then looked at herself in the mirror. <Doesnt everybody do that once in a while?> Luke smiled, then quietly pulled back the shower curtain and grabbed Michelles arm. She gasped in surprise as Luke pulled her into the shower, then smacked him playfully for getting her wet. She stepped out and grabbed a towel, then wrapped it around herself and went back into the bedroom. A few moments later she returned with a small bucket and began filling it in the sink. Not only was there water in there, but ice also. When it was full, she crept over to the shower and poured the water over the top of the curtain, then ran to the toilet and flushed it. Luke instantly screamed in shock as the ice-cold water hit him. He jumped out of the shower, because his entire body was tingling from the cold water hitting him, then the hot water from the shower. He glared at Michelle, who was giggling. That wasnt very nice, Luke said. No, but it was incredibly funny, Michelle replied, still giggling. Luke smiled, then grabbed Michelles arm again. She was expecting him to drag her into the shower again, but instead he pulled her closer and kissed her. He then smiled, winked at her, and got back in the shower. Michelle locked the bathroom door and followed him. [*God of Story Censors appears* Warning! Warning! Story is becoming too graphic! Stop now or your story will be upgraded to a lemon, therefore shutting it down since youre only 17.] <Sorry. Just let me finish this next part.> [Okay, but ease up.] After 30 minutes, Magick pounded on the door and told them to hurry up, because she wanted to take her turn in the shower before all the hot water was gone. Luke and Michelle were sitting on the floor of the shower all relaxed-like, with Lukes arms around her waist. They kissed one more time, then Luke stood up and turned off the water. They both got out of the shower and put towels around themselves. Luke opened the door, and Magick was standing there with an irritated look on her face. She saw how wasted Luke and Michelle looked and blushed. Im not even going to ask, Magick said as she walked into the bathroom. Luke and Michelle put on their bathrobes, then went to the kitchen to get some breakfast, even though it was 10:30. Joey saw them and blushed again, then floated off to the living room at a rapid pace. Michelle and Luke went into the living room and poked Joey, because she was trying to pretend she was asleep on the couch. She knew that she wasnt fooling anybody, so she sat up and looked at them. Havent you two embarrassed me enough already? Joey asked. Were not here to embarrass you, Joey, Luke replied. Joey didnt care about what Luke said. She couldnt get that out of her head, no matter how hard she tried. Even though Michelle and Luke were married, that still shocked her. After that she made sure that she never opened a locked door again. Over the next few days, Michelle began to get sick and throw up as if she had the flu or something, but she didnt have any fever. They couldnt figure it out at first. After a few weeks it went away though. It couldnt have been any sort of sickness since it lasted that long. Then it dawned on Luke why Michelle had been sick. It was more than likely morning sickness, one of the side effects of PREGNANCY. Michelle considered the same thing. They confirmed it eventually with a test. She was definitely pregnant. Kay, theres the end of Chapter X. Im making these shorter and shorter, as you can see, so this one will probably be quick. First of all, Id like to thank Lisa for the idea of Michelle getting pregnant. Didnt think I knew your name, did you? Anyway, Id also like to thank all the other people that give me inspiration for these things. Finally, Id like to thank myself for achieving my goal of 10 Chapters. Im not gonna quit though. Im gonna keep writing for who knows how long. Anyway, seeya in Chapter XI!!! March 1, 2001 |
