To show my thanks to dot.tk for providing me with me FREE domain name, I made this Tokelau awareness page, as it is their goal to tell the world about their beautiful land.

Tokelau is located in Oceania (which is basically a grouping of islands into an "ocean-continent"), and has three atolls: Atafu, Nukunonu, and Fakaofu.

Tokelau has a total of 127 islands, and lively Polynesian culture. It's closest neighbor is Samoa (it's North of Samoa, and Tokelau means "North"), so it's beauty is completely untouched by cars, guns, and other unpleasant things. It is a dependant territory of New Zealand

Tokelau has no airport, so you have to go the hard way, which is by a two-day boat ride from Samoa. The ship leaves about once every two months, but the exact date of departure is uncertain until a few days beforehand. If you want to stay in Tokelau, the headmaster of the school on Nukunonu and his wife run the only hotel in Tokelau. If you plan on staying on the other atolls, you'll have to stay with a family.
Since there are no large stores, restaraunts, or bars, life on Tokelau is relaxed and peaceful. Friendly faces of the Tokelauans are always there to greet you.
