Our Visit to the Smallest Church
Two weeks before our wedding, Bernie and I decided that it might be a good idea to go visit the church where we had arranged to be married. So Saturday 9 March, 2002, we planned to made our way to Silverlake, W.Va., just under 70 miles from our home in Morgantown, W.Va.
Our car in the snow, outside our house.
Three days before our planned visit to the church, it started to snow. Here you 'will see our car with the engine running, ready to drive Bernie to work at 06:45AM.
Our garage is in the background on the right.

After arriving, Bernie took this photo of me with the church in the background.

After returning from Silverlake, Bernie and I wanted to keep in shape for the big day.
The "Rail Trail" above the back of our house where we'd go jogging.
Mail Pouch barn, in Maryland.
On the way to the church, we came across a barn advertising "Mail Pouch" in Maryland . Not very common now.

Here I am inside.
It was cold and there didn't appear to be any heating.
Luigi, stretching on the trail.
Of course, I had to go along as well - just to keep Bernie company!
Here I am doing some stretching excercises.
