Serves 3-4
Ingredients
3 lbs (1.35 kg) Red potatoes, quartered
1 ½ tsp (7.5g) Chili powder
½ tsp (2.5g) Paprika
1 tsp (5g) Granulated garlic
½ tsp (2.5g) Sugar
½ tsp (2.5g) Salt
¼ tsp (1.25g) Cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp (30ml) Olive oil
Pre-heat the oven to 375oF.
(190oC, Gas Mark 5)
Toss together all the
ingredients in a large bowl.
Place on a baking sheet.
Cook for one hour (turning
frequently) or until lightly browned.
