Teletech Graduation Day - Part 3 |

Here are the rest of my class on our "Graduation Day" concluding our training for Teletech, on the Bank of America Project, 19 June, 2002. |

On the left is Pam Murray, who lives only a couple of miles from our house. She has relatives that live opposite us, and knows a cousin of Bernie's. Her daughter Melissa works at the local Dari Delight ice cream shop, at the bottom of our road. |
|
Here is Angie Klink, whose picture didn't come out too well - this reminds me of a sketch that took place during our training, which was based on Jerry Springer, where you have an anonymous guest who is kept in sillouette... |

This is "Big Jim", another football fanatic. He thought the USA had won the World Cup, and then spent his whole lunch break on the internet finding out that they had beaten the England team 1-0 in 1950; Uruguary won the title that year, but you never know, this year is the best the USA team have ever done! |

Victoria sat at the back and has a fairly quiet voice. But, although softly spoken, she pronounces her words very clearly - she will be a big asset in this job! |

Sheli used to sit at the front, then her PC developed gremlins and she had to move to the very back row. She is very quiet, but advises us all that she can have a temper which matches her fiery hair! (Don't believe it, though...) |

|
David here, walks to the mall every day. On a couple of occasions when I've seen him, I've given him a lift to his house, on the way to collecting Bernie from the hospital. |

This is Sonja, who sat next to me during my training period. When break time was announced, Sonja would rush to "The Gas Chamber", where she would top-up on her nicotine. She also has an excellent memory for passwords... |

To celebrate the completion of our three week training period, Bernie baked a cake. It was a 2-layer victoria sponge, with strawberry jam & cream filling, with 7 minute frosting on top. It was really delicious, and none was left! |
