Grilled Cornish Hens 
The
combination of the herb marinade and the flavours of the
Grill all help to create a tasty entrée.

Ingredients
2 Cornish game hens, split
¼ cup (2 fl. oz/60 ml) Olive oil
¼ cup (2 fl. oz/60 ml) White wine
½ tsp (2.5 g) Thyme
½ tsp (2.5 g) Rosemary
1 tsp (5 ml) Parsley, chopped
1/8 tsp (0.5 g) Pepper
1/8 tsp (0.5 g) Salt
Method
Place all ingredients in a large
plastic freezer bag.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours
(turning several times). Prepare the coals. Place the hens on the grill and add
the hood cover.
Cook for 40-50 minutes.
Turn and baste (using the marinade)
several times.
Serve warm.
