Mm... Well, so what happened these days? I shall do a bit of summary...
Mm... Oh, well, euh... I think it's July 15 there, we went to Nick's house to play DDR. It was like a last-minute thingy, since Nick just decided to do this thing like in the morning of the day we went. ^-^; But he was real lucky, since he managed to invite everyone (everyone seemed to be free that day o0;), excluding those who were gone on vacation (Sai and Annick). Well, we played DDR but Mimi, Kari, Mathoo, his brother Josh, and Mindy ended up in Nick's bedroom, some of them rummaging through his personal things. > >; Most of them just lied on his bed and commented on how soft his blanket was and wanted to cut it out to share amongst them. ^^;
Let's see, what else... Well, this week, I went to play ping-pong at Antoine-Brossard twice. Thursday, I went to play with Nick a lil' while. Annick was supposed to be there too but she didn't come. T T
Friday, we decided to go play again. ^^; This time, there was me, Nick, Mathoo, Kari, Annick, and Kaithy. At first, I just played with Mathoo then Kari came but she didn't want to play yet. Then, Kaithy came and we decided to play double. It was Kaithy's first time playing ping-pong! She played rather well. ^^ Then, we decided to play this thingy there where we would use two ping-pong tables. Never really succeeded doing it. ^^; After that, we went to the 'dépanneur' and we vedged around. ^^; Yeah, and Kaithy and Mathoo started this fight there. Well, that's about it. I don't feel like doing a long blog. ^^;

So how are you? Stunned? Amazed? Simply dazzled? ^^ On second thought, you guys all knew about me doing a new layout anyways... o0; Yeah, I think I've told pretty much everyone, meaning my visitors, about me doing the layout... Let's see... Oh, except Sai because she's currently gone to California... T T Oh, and Mindy, but I don't think she knows my site. ^^;;
So? How do you like it? ^^ I'm very proud of my 'enter' page! ^-^ Okay, first things first. First of all, I just actually searching for CardCaptor Sakura pictures for my layout, but instead, I found this. o0; But I thought it very pretty! ^^ So I decided to do a layout with this. Y'see, I never actually plan my layouts first and then find the pictures. I've already tried doing that once, and it took me an eternity to find a satisfying picture. ^^;; So now, I just find some nice image first, then plan what I could do with it. ^^;;
Mm... Where did the title 'Butterfly Dreams' come from? Well... Where did the title come from? o0; Euh... It just came to me like that. While I was doing my layout, it was time to put a title, and my instinct told me that title? ^^;; I dunno, it just occurred to me that I wanted the word 'butterfly' in it, and I thought the image look dreamy. ^^;; So that's the origin of the title~ ^^;
Well, since I thought the image looked dreamy, I wanted to make my layout look more dreamier. ^^ Y'know, at the right-handed yellowish 'bar', there's actually a lil' white curved line that goes through it. I was doing it and the idea suddenly came to me. Can anyone see it? I don't think it's obvious enough now. o0; So why didn't I change it? That's because I've become less perfectionist with my layouts now! ^^ This only took me like 12 tries, including the layout for the other screen revolution, and that's not a lot for me! I just say, 'Oh, this looks okay.' so I just stick with it. ^^;;
As for my 'enter' page, I found this butterfly picture (which is actually the butterfly you click on to get to the 800x600 layout and that I coloured. ^^v) Afterwards, I thought the butterfly would become nicer with some background, so I drew, with my paintbrush used like a crayon. ^^ It's very fun! ^_^ You don't even have to worry about colouring across the line or you don't even have to colour it nicely! Everyone should try it someday. It's fun. ^~^ Y'know, the image, I kind of actually did it first shot. ^^; It can't be too pretty anyways, it's a child's! :P
Well, after I finished the background, I realised what I wanted is to let the people click on the butterfly, but I have layout versions for both screen resolutions, so I needed something else for people to click on. So I saw this cute sun in the background and I decided to take it. ^^ Sowwy if you wanted to click on the butterfly and you have to click on the sun. ^^;;
I wanted to try the tagboard and see if it's better than Haloscan Commenting. We'll see~ Comment about the layout on the tagboard please!! There's not much difference between the two layouts of the two screen revolutions, it's just that I found ugly the green on the side in the bigger screen revolution and wanted it to fade more. ^^;; In the lil' version, I couldn't let it fade a lot. ^^;;
*lol* Today, we (Kari, Annick, Kris, Matthew, and Joshua) went to the park. We actually went to 3 parks. ^^;; At 'parc Roger', Kari started typing my hair and Joshua went, "That's ugly!" So I went, laughing, "Does that mean I was pretty before?" and he said, "No, you were ugly before, but now, you're uglier!" *giggles* I'm just wondering about Sai's reaction. :P
Oh, by the way, I hope you found the quote. o0; I think it's quite easy to find. Maybe a bit too easy. ^^;; Ah well, wanted to let it be easier so everyone can find it~
