In order for someone to join (and keep in mind, this RPG is played on America Online), you'll have to take the proper steps to reach acceptance, as well as be able to follow certain rules and procedures. Once you have thoroughly read through the information on the story-line, then you are prepared to apply. In the application that is sent in, there should be...
Presentation
Grammor and punctuation is vital for one to be allowed into the RPG. Someone with a good and proper use of an reasonably above average vocabulary as well a bit of a original touch to writing will be allowed to join. Such are most crucial in the steps of the application, as flaws aren't things that go well with the reviewers.
Scribe
As mentioned before, an original touch to writing will help catch the eye of those reviewing an applicant. Although, extensive use of loaded language is not as attractive as one who can truly use words and give them true shape or form. Often, clear - yet poetic - descriptions in an application help determine worth.
Characterization
Perhaps the most essential part of the application for it requires one to truly use their own mind to create a character with much depth. What will be expected in the application will be explained later on, yet understand the character that is sent in must be of much originality, not simply a total copy of another character. If someone can truly create a character worthy of induction, then no longer is acceptance a possibility, but imminent.

Sailor Soldier Template
The Mundane
Name: Or some form of indentity so we know what to call you.
Age: Simply be honest in this area.
Alternate E-mail: Current e-mail address.
The Character
Soldier: State the soldier you have chosen for our convenience.
Name: One that is not used in the BSSM manga or anime, or some rather well known name from another anime (i.e Utena) or an overly used name (i.e Sakura). Select a full name that is asian, and has a meaning that relates to the Soldier's element. Also, no strange name that is just too abstract (i.e If the name meaning means 'Angel of God').
Age: A reasonable age from twelve to nineteen. No 'immortal' or 'ageless' crap, despite the fact that the soldiers are spiritually immortal.
Gender: In their galaxy, both males and females given the birthright of a sailor soldier.
Birthplace: Either the birth place or location of which the character was raised, refer to the section on locations for details.
Birthday: Include Zodiac, and date of birth. Year is irrelevant.
Occupation: Asides from being a soldier, or a student to Monastery, the character can maintain a job or have some sort of aspiration.
Weapon: While this is optional for the character, it would not help to have some sort of spiffy item. Try one that is original and probably not a common item. Nothing too high-tech or so damn intricate that it would seem to be unfit for battle. Just a mystical item imbued with special abilities, also have it named from the Hebrew language. The name of the weapon and the weapon itself should have some association to the character.
Abillities: The characters abbilities and attacks may either be seperate or cooperate with eachother. Limit the character to a few select abilities that can actually do something in the story, and have relation to the soldier's element. And the soldier's power and attack are either one great attack or two attacks, one that is of desperation (rarely used) and a named melee attack (that is reasonably strong). Have the attacks also be original (again. x.x;) and snazzy. There are things that are not acceptable, like "Flaming Flame", or "Super Blast", and anything along those lines. Suggestion may be given if asked.
Symbol: One that corresponds to the character you are applying to. Remember that all the senshi carry the protection of Aether, and thus bear the symbol of a cross in their forehead (while the villainous senshi bear an inverted cross on their foreheads) and their own symbol in their palms.
Physical Description: The character does not have to be perfect or fit a certain social standard for a young girl or boy. This section includes, height, weight, eye-color, etc. Long hair is common yet not prohibited, and don't be afraid to use other colors such as orange, or purple, as such are limitless in this RPG. Skin tone depends upon the geography of which the character was raised in.
Sailor Fuku: The fuku of these sailor soldiers are more fit to battle than those who don the fuku of the Milky Way. To see what an example of the fuku looks like, take a look at the fanart by the wondrous Etoile, - fanart of Sailor Tzaphkiel -. The fuku should not be limited to this, but skirts are sort of not in their fuku, unless it's leggings with some pleated design over it. Also, since males are also sailor soldiers, they follow a certain uniform, can be armored or whatever, as long as it's fit for battle. And in the male fuku, an epaulette replaces the sailor collar.
History: Their planet is currently going through a state of post-war in a sense, and the conditions of livings could be defined as a struggle, so history may be sorrowful and must be original. Along with also being lengthy and indepth, it does not have to be restricted to being a sorrow past.
Writing Sample: Put your writing skills to work here. Be very descriptive, and using your design of the desired character, either write a short story or an entrance of extravagance.
