Welcome to the fluffy realm of rules! i'm your hostess, keera, who will attempt to make the rules as fluffy and sugar coated as possible <insert freaky girly giggle here>
to start off i must apologize if any of these rules sound a little crude it's just that i must be straight forward for people to understand the rules.. i will attempt to sound kind about it, but if you have seen my writing over time you would know that sometimes it seems to be harsh even though i don't mean for it to be.
with that said, i shall now start the rules and information that you will need to aid my sister to get started as soon as possible
First of all i wish to say that one of our rules is to treat my sister with a bit of respect.. even though it may be false.. this will help us (meaning myself and the customer. i must note that i handle things when problems occur) not encounter conflict or suspend the project for sometime so we can deal with it.
we will be following the three strikes your out policy. if i find you, the customer to be disrespectful (i.e. badgering my sister constantly for updates, flooding her inbox, constantly changing the character, ect. ) three times we will termant the project. we will give  you a refund minus the cost of fabric.
Rules
the first strike will be a freebie, we will hint you on your act but disregard it.
the second strike we will send an e-mail warning you of your acts.
the third strike we will terminate your project for a months time or give you a choice to take your money back (not including the fabric costs).
payment is to be made up front before any progress is to be made upon the plush. (we are willing to make a estimate for anyone, but please state in the e-mail if you are not a serious buyer. thankies)
what we ask of the customer so things can go faster and smoother is for this information:
please give clear pictures of the character that you wish to made. there must be images from the front and back. please also send a picture of the expression that is desired
what type of fabric you wish for my sister to use. (if you do not know what kind of fabric just state how you wish for your plush to feel. i.e. soft, silk, cuddly)
the height of your plush. the sizes ranging from 7-22 inchs
if you are not satisfied with the price and wish for it to be a lower, you may want to think about either down sizing the plush and/or changing the fabric.
Back?
Home?
if you feeling as if you can follow these rules and are willing to give my sister lufa a try please email her at:
[email protected]
one last thing i would like to point out.. my sister is not a professional plush artist. why do i state such a thing? so you understand that the plush will not end up turning out exactly like the image you've given her. it will not be perfect in any way.. the only thing i can guarantee  is that she will put all heart into it.
