Our website accepts all major credit cards, certified check, money order, or personal check. Residents of Washington State will pay 8.9% sales tax.
For orders made by check or money order, please call 425-486-8255 to place an order.
Your order will be verified via an automated email confirmation to the email address specified during checkout within an hour of the closing of the transaction.

We do accept international orders. Please call prior to ordering to confirm your freight expenses.
Shipping Information
RamseyGems.com is now using FedEx as our primary shipping company. (UPS and
USPS are available upon request.) We make every effort to process and ship within
72 hours of the date of receipt of payment information.
Orders of $500 or less will be shipped via FedEx 3-day delivery. The cost is $14.00 for shipping and handling for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer.*
Orders over $500 will be shipped via FedEx 2-day Express, signature required. The cost is $14.00 for shipping and handling for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer.*
Overnight delivery, signature required, will be $28.00 for shipping and handling for the first item and $6.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer.*

Why do we charge $14.00 for shipping?
* We are required to use security guards to protect our products to and from our facilities
* All items are completly insured
* Our staff picks the products, checks the quality assurance, packs the products, and prepares all shipping documents.
- 10kt or 14kt gold rings are $30.00 plus shipping each way.
- 18kt Gold or Platinum rings are $45.00 plus shipping each way.
Some rings, due to their design, setting, or type of stone cannot be re-sized or may only be re-sized 1/2 - 1 size.
We do not "stretch" ring shanks. Our goldsmiths professionally enlarge ring shanks by adding gold and using refinishing techniques that are of industry standards.

We have a new return and refund policy, effective August 9, 2002
All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The only exceptions to the restocking fee will be defective, damanged, or mis-shipped items.
- The jewelry tag has not been removed.
- Email us at returns or call Customer Service at (425)486-8255 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- The item is returned with a copy of the invoice within 15 days of receipt
- The item is returned insured and tracked (UPS, USPS, or FedEx)
- The item is returned in the exact condition it was sent; neither worn nor damaged.
"Any item that is returned to RG.com not meeting these requirements will immediately be shipped back to the customer, without a refund."
The credit will be made in the same form and on the same credit card as your original payment. It will take approximately 10 business days upon receipt of the return.
