Payment Information:

Winning auctions can be paid with: All major Credit Cards, Certified Check, Money Order, or Personal Check (allow 10 business days). Residents of Washington State will pay 8.9% sales tax.

Please contact us within 72 hours at [email protected] or at (425) 486-8255 to provide the necessary information to process your order. If we do not hear from you within that time, your auction will be cancelled and the item will be resubmitted.

Shipping Information:

RamseyGems.com uses FedEx as our primary shipper. (UPS and USPS are available upon request). Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.

• Once processed, orders of $500 or less will be shipped by FedEx "Express Saver" or 3-day delivery. The cost is $14.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer. *
• Orders over $500 will be shipped via 2-day Express, signature required. The cost is $14.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer. *
• Overnight delivery on any order will be $28.00 for the first item and $6.00 for each additional item, paid by the buyer. *
