| The Crown Chakra is Violet & White. It is our connection to Spirit, higher conciousness, awareness or deity. A fully developed and balanced Crown can help us to become higher functioning, compassionate and wise beings. The Third Eye Chakra is Indigo. It is associated with "sight", here is where our natural psychic abilities of insight and "seeing" are located. this is also the center for intuition, understanding and intellect, and mental faculty in general. The Zeal Point is Magenta. It is the center where we hold our "zeal" our enthusiasm and zest for life. When we are passionate about the things we do, here is where we hold those emotions. Throat Chakra is Blue. It is naturally associated with communication and speech, and is also known as the center of creativity. Here is where we learn the value of truth and honestly speaking it. The throat chakra teaches us about our will and responsibility. Heart Chakra is Green. It contains the union of opposites. It is the middle Chakra, it unites the lower chakras which are body-centered, to the upper chakras which are mind and spirit centered. It is also the center concerned with our love and compassion for yourself as well as for others. Solar Plexus Chakra is Yellow. It represents our self esteem, our internal or authentic power. Also known as our EGO. A strong solar plexus can be critical for healing in other chakras. Sacral Chakra is Orange. It is associated with our connection to our creativity and our sexuality. It is the energy center for our emotions and connects with our external power in the world. Root Chakra is Red. It is located at the base of the spine. This is our connection to the earth and is the center of our self, our family our background. If we are feeling ungrounded, we may need to do some balancing work here. The lesson to be learned with the chakras is not an exercise of the mind, but rather to let go of the minds thoughts and let your intuition guide you. |

| Ki Energy brings health to the body and peace to the mind. Lets begin the Journey to Wellness. You will begin to feeling better if you follow these techniques.. If you are new to meditation, Yoga or even moving , go easy on yourself here. Step 1 The first thing you need to do is to start focusing on your breathing. Take a deep breath into your chest. Hold it to the count of 4 then let it out, imagine any tension going out through your fingers and your toes Repeat this for 2 minutes at first. Continue to focus on your breathing.. |

| Put your hands on your lower abdomen making a triangle with your thumbs on your navel and your forfingers on you lower abdomen. Next, slowly push your abdomen in and let it out. Repeat this movement from 100 - 300 times in rhythmic movements. Begin gently, increasing the repetitions slowly. If you experience pain in your abdomen during this exercise, stop and gently rub you abdomen in a circular motion, Massaging your intestines with your palms. |
