La entrega de los Grammy's significa mucho para mí, porque yo antes de esta entrega no tenía cable, o sea que ésta fue la primera que yo vi y por la cual estuve super nerviosa más de un día, cuando estuvo la entrega no pude comer, sólo quería ver a los Backstreet!!! Y me pareció muy injusto que se lo dieran a Lauren Hill, porque ella no puede ser revelación de nada, porque ella ya obtuvo el Grammy con los Fugees, es diferente a, por ejemplo, Ricky Martín, que estando con Menudo nunca fue siquiera nominado!!! Quizás muchos hubiesen dicho que era injusto si se lo hubiesen dado a los BACKS, porque entonces hubieran chillado por Andrea Bochelli, así que no sé que era peor, pero la cuestión es que los BACKS se volvieron con las manos vacías, mientras sólo faltaban 3 meses para que los americanos reconocieran su error...

Si vos viste la entrega de premios debes estar tan enojada como nosotras, si lo viste por TNT la entrega duró desde la 10 de la noche hasta cerca de la 1 de la mañana para ¡ sólo ver 2 veces a los BACKSTREET BOYS ! La primera fue cuando los BACKSTREET Boys presentaron junto a una chica que la verdad ni Luli ni yo conocemos, la categoría donde concursaba la recién presentada Shania Twain (quien cantó Deep River, High Mountain)...fue así como la voz anunció la entrada de dicha señorita (si la conocen manden el nombre, mientras tanto la llamaremos "La perfecta desconocida") en compañía de los cinco de Orlando...sólo un pequeño aullido para los backs, que atinaron a esbozar una sonrisa...cuando la chica se refirió a ellos, el chistoso de Nickolas Gene Carter la verdugueó preguntándole donde estaban sus fanáticos que no aullaban por ella...a lo que la perfecta desconocida no supo seguirle el carro, por lo que la audiencia pronunció una pequeña carcajada a favor de la broma de Carter... como la perfecta desconocida quedó en ridículo, Howie trató de arreglarla (porqué, no sabemos realmente...) y la halagó de pies a cabeza, pero la perfecta desconocida sólo dijo que era lindo para ella estar con ellos y les cortó el rostro mientras abría el fabuloso sobre de la verdad que le daría el premio a...las Dixie Cricks, las mismísimas contrincantes de los BsB!!! Quienes subieron emocionadas de derrotar a la Twain, mientras los BACKS desaparecían por el fondo! La segunda vez fue totalmente pequeña, un paneo de décimas de segundo que los mostró sentados en las primeras filas, nerviosos pero sonrientes (bueno, Brian y Nick no tan sonrientes y más que nerviosos!!!). Cuando alrededor de la 11 y media anunciaron la categoría de Artista Revelación, lo único que hicieron los presentadores fue mostrar la parte que gira de "I'll never break your heart", o sea, que ni esperes ver a los BACKS comiéndose las uñas, por que esperas demasiado!!!
