A.J MC LEAN:

Describes himself as: "I've probably got the biggest guts of all of us! I'm an understanding listener, but in the same way I'm not very patient and I'm very bad at keeping secrets. I'm old-fashioned, romantic, sensitive, personal and unique. I'm unique in the way that the guys think I'm a little strange sometimes, when I wear my crazy clothes, hats and sunglasses. Kevin - He's professional. When it's work it's work and when it's a game it's a game. He cares about his body, is straight forward, and he likes club-hopping like me. He tells you if there's something that bothers him.
Howie - is the quietest and shyest. He's a charmer and a gentleman. He's honest, religious and down-to-earth. A really nice guy. I know Howie closest on the personal level, but we've also known each other the longest. But I've also felt very close to Brian since he joined us.
Brian - is the clown of the group. Wherever we go, he tries to get the attention, which he likes. He often does something crazy then. He also makes us laugh when we're down.
Nick - he was only 12 when he started and has grown up in this group. He's still learning. In the beginning, he was like a baby, now he's a young man. Now he don't let the girls blow his mind like they did in the beginning. He starts to understand the concept of everything.

BRIAN LITTRELL:

Describes himself as: "I'm a comedian, I make everyone laugh. I'm shy, but straight forward. I'm funny and easy to deal with. I'm a very sensitive character."

Describes the other guys as:

Kevin - Our big brother. He's serious, and takes care of everyone. He works hard, understands this business and knows what can happen. He's both outward and predictable.
Nick - He has grown very much during the past year. He's also a comedian, a little joker who doesn't take everything as serious as we do. He misses his teen years, and it must be hard for him. He's the youngest and gets considered as our little brother. He tries to handle that. It isn't always that easy. He's funny to be with, but he can, in the same way be very serious. He's already a little business man, at 19!
Howie - Honest and loyal. We are very close friends and we talk often. He's also very shy.
A.J - He's absolutely not shy, he can talk to anyone. He's very straight forward.

HOWIE DOROUGH:

Describes himself as: "I'm honest, I care about other people. I'm optimistic, and I try to make everybody happy. I'm kind, both in a good and a bad way. Sometimes I'm too kind. Then you easily get used. I often place other people in front of me. I think I have much to give. Because I have 4 siblings, I've learned to compromise.

Kevin - He's closest me both in age and personality. He's mature, professional, focused and optimistic. I try to help him as much as I can to keep the others under control.
Brian -He's very easy going and tries to keep our spirits up. He takes everything easily and is the comedian of the group.
A.J - I've known him since before we started the band. He can talk to who he wants to, when he wants to.
Nick - He plays practical jokes on everyone. But he has gotten older and calmed down a bit.

KEVIN RICHARDSON:

Describes himself as: "Serious, concentrated on my work in the group. It's often good to be a perfectionist, but it can also be bad. Sometimes it can get too much. But I can let it go sometimes too. There's a time to be serious and a time for games."

Describes the other guys as:

Brian and Nick - Both like to be clowns. Sometimes I have to look after them and make them calm down, when it's necessary. (Kevin has saved many interviews in that way!)
Howie - A genuine good person with a big heart. He's the peacemaker of the group.
A.J - Theatrical, dramatical, and a real storyteller!

NICK CARTER:

Describes himself as: "I'm an "all American" boy. I care about the others and at the same time I'm easy to deal with. You could say I'm a typical Aquarius. I can also be very irritating sometimes, because I don't know when to stop."

Describes the other guys as:

Kevin - the boss, the big brother who takes care of us, and makes us all do good.
Howie - except for Kevin, he gives the mature look to the group. He's the peacemaker, who calms us down when we're fighting or stressed for a show.
Brian - is the comedian in the group. The one who I'm closest to.
A.J - Mr. Cool. He has more guts than the rest of us. He can talk to anyone he wants to even if it's Cindy Crawford. I would never dare to do that!
