Chief executive officer
Goh Seng Huat
Seng Huat hails from Singapore and has been responsible for the creation of several companies in the Republic and the Asia Pacific region.
Before turning entrepreneur, he was the vice-president, Asia of BERG Electronics (Du Pont), which is now merged with Framatone Connector Incorporated (FCI) to become the second biggest connector company in the world.
While at Berg Electronics (Du Pont), Seng Huat formed the International Disk Equipment and Materials Association -AsiaPacific (IDEMA-Asia Pacific: Idema).
He is also one of the founders of two companies that went public this year.
One is Achieva Pte Ltd, a main distributor of Seagate and Intel products, which had its initial public offering on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Singapore in June.
The other is Sanford Limited, the third largest online broker and second most popular financial website in Australia. Llisted on the Australian Stock Exchange in xxxx. Sanford enjoys 9 million hits and more than 3 million page views daily.
Seng Huat is also the co-founder of SDC Pte Ltd, a training development and consultancy company in the Asia Pacific region. SDC develops training materials, videos and CD Roms and differentiates itself from its competitors by making it contextually relevant to the Asia Pacific region.
Besides these directorships, he also sits on the board of a Thai public company which is among the world's top four suspension makers for the hard disk drive industry.
Currently, he is focusing mainly on the Open Arena through which he aims to transform the way people invest fundamentally by providing an interactive platform with key professionals.
Seng Huat holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA - both from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Chief Operating Officer
Gerldine Low is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial analyst. She also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and was awarded the KPMG Peat Marwick Scholarship for outstanding academic achievements.
Geri began her career life with KPMG Peat Marwick before moving to equities research, first at Baring Securities (S) and later Vickers Ballas & Co, both leading stockbroking houses in Singapore. She was handpicked by Seng Huat to help him turn his vision into reality.

  Michael Tay is managing director and chief investment officer of this pioneering fund which operates on the principle of making investment choices and strategies an open book to drive home the message that retail investors can better judge fund managers when they have all the information.
Michael was a Colombo Plan scholar from Victoria University, Wellington N.Z, graduating with an Economics (Honours) degree in 1982. He was trained at the Chicago Metal Exchange and received an MBA in Finance from UCLA, California.
He started working life as a dealer with OCBC Bank's Treasury Group and moved on to become a floor trader with SIMEX.
In 1988, he joined Government of Singapore Investment Corp (GIC) and was with their Bonds Department in New York USA for 3 years before returning to Singapore to head their Cash Division.
Between 1993 and 1999, Michael was Vice-president variously in the Treasury departments of UBS, UOB Asset Management and CSFB.
It was 1999 that he took the plunge to start his own business, kicking off with Atlas IT R&D Pte Ltd which provides e-commerce solutions to clients and launches IT-related projects.

Siew Tong Chai is the co-founder of the Uneedtrust website which aims to provide consumers with quality unbiased financial information and practical tools to help them maximize their financial resources.
Tong Chai who holds an MBA from Golden Gate University, San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computing and Information Science.
He was Vice President, Treasury Systems Manager at Bank of America Exposure Management-Asia. During his 14 years at the Bank, he held many positions in Products Management, Treasury Operations, MIS, and Risk Management.
In September 1999, he left the bank to start UneedTrust.com.
