| The destroying of the ring. You may thick that because Frodo is the ring bearer that he would be the one to Destroy the Ring, if you think this you are wrong, but I don't blame you I also thought this. Who would you least expect? Not Sauron Not Saruman (Sharkie) Not Frodo or Sam. But who? The biggest clue lies in the one word PRECIOUS. I bet you've worked it out now. The pitiful creature that Frodo trusted, Gollum. He loved the ring so much, that he ended his own life, taking the ring with it. I must say something, he didn't mean to, an accident over his own lust for the dreaded thing. Driven by the rings evil power, Frodo could not part with it, as like bilbo he had carried it for a length of time, making the ring take hold on him, always trying to make him keep it for himself. In his madness Frodo put on the ring, and Gollum saw. Gollum doing the only thing his treacherous mind knew, he attacked biting and clawing the unexpected Hobbit until he had the ring, with Frodo's figer still attached, Frodo yelped in pain, and was visible once more. But in Gollums mind he was victorious, once again he had his precious, his ring, he had got what he wanted, to be the rings master again, but for how long? The answer to this, is not long, as in his glory he took that fatal step to far, to far that he found himself falling into the hot abyss, of the very crack of mount doom. Thus ending his life, the ring, Nazgul, and the dark lord Sauron. With this peril lifted the skies cleared, and Middle Earth saw the sun again, a thing not seen for almost a year. POWER IS HELD IN THE SMALLEST OF THINGS |
