IRX: Image Reconstruction eXperimental packageContains, among others, list-mode TOF-PET image reconstruction complete with incorporation of attenuation, scatter and randoms corrections. A novel energy-based PET scatter correction estimation method, and a variant of the PET image reconstruction algorithm that use energy dependent corrections are implemented.
