This is a real neat picture. Someone spent a lot of time designing the actual hydra and finding mug shots of various administration cronies to affix to it, and on top of that its somehow pasted onto a stonewall. I have absolutely no idea how they managed to stick it on there, as it almost seems like a space was carved out of the stone and this plate was stuck in it.
