These are some of the secrets to losing bodyfat by eating the correct types of foods
     After telling many people about these types of foods that help burn bodyfat,I felt compelled to share it here on my webpage for everyone interested.  I have tried all the fatburners that are out there,and I don't like the way they make me feel as far as nervous and high strung.  They also make me feel "on edge" a lot of times. Another problem is that when you stop taking them,you gain weight back because your metablolism starts to slow back down.  There are also health risks involved if you take them longer than the warning label suggests.
       So I was determined to search the internet for a good program on fat burning.  I found a great book,actually a few great books.  I will have to search for the website that I found it on and let you know how to order it.  Anyway , to give you the main thing that I learned so far from that book, is that grean vegetables are THE MOST POTENT FATBURNERS  when it comes to food.  Grean Vegetables speed up your bodys metablism just be processing them. They also lower your bodys' blood sugar,which keeps insulin from being released and storing sugar as fat.  I eat one or two servings a day of them. I buy them frozen,and just steam them in the microwave,and they come out great in 5 to 6 minutes!!!  
         The next most powerful foods you can eat to burn fat are the five following fruits:
                   APPLES,PEACHES,PLUMS,PEARS, and ORANGES.
         If I eat an apple after my meal,I find I do not crave chocolate or sweets to satisfy me.

It sounds so easy that you can't believe it would work,but trust me,I have been able to maintain my abs and 9 percent bodyfat for months now.  I am not going to say I never indulge and cheat and gain a few pounds,but I know what to eat to get them right back off again.  And I must say that I do very little cardio now ,I am mostly trying to keep muscle on and building. I also eat all the fat free mayo I want and mustard,but no catchup. Try to stay away from sugar and fat. I also eat whole wheat bread when I feel I must .  And of course I eat alot of chicken breast. I also discovered today  in the grocery store that Shake And Bake now makes it product for skinless chicken breast. I did buy a few boxes,so I will let you know how they are. I am always looking for healthy new chicken recipes that are easy!!!  
                    Good Luck,and let me know how it works,  I do want to say that the book I got does say to do 30 minutes of walking twice a day,no matter what.  So I do have to put that in here,because it will help to speed up the fat burning process.
