This page is all about the characters of InuYasha. There is a seperate link for pictures, this is all about THEMMMM. Meaning, I'll be making long, boring speeches about how much of a great show this is. Okay, I lied, I'll make a few pictures here and there, but that is all. ^.^

I started liking this show fairly recently, (i love that word... "fairly recently"), so I know little about them. I'm still watching the episodes, haven't seen many. But I read spoilers, downloaded AMVs (anime music videos), and read a whole bunch of fan fiction, and... well, what can I say? I was touched at how.... well they meshed.

The part that really got me interested was the fact that Miroku has an "air hole" in his hand. It's called a wind tunnel, well, also called something else in Japanese, but I forgot. And if he doesn't break the curse his father (whom died from the curse,-and now he himself-), has (which is that the hole will get bigger and bigger every certain time, and could soon pull him into oblivion) he could die. So now he's asking all these women he sees if they'd bear(or is it bare?) his child, because he wants his family to stay on forever, and since he's the only ancestor left in his family, he needs to have a child to make his family name (and blood) live on.

Sango, a Demon Hunter, meets up with Miroku and his friends and soon takes a liking to Miroku. This is, astonishingly, after he makes passes at her every chance he gets. Sango has only one family member left also, a brother. However, her brother is not on her side (he is possessed if I remember right... .oO

The sad thing that got me sooooo upset about their love for each other, is that while Sango would chose never to see another man again, Miroku will not promise to be fully commited to just her.

Right now, you'e probably thinking "AND YOU THINK THIS MAKES THEM A GREAT AND PERFECT COUPLE?". Well, I have really no clue why I'm so interested in them. They are just two totally different people that found each other through ass kicking (even between the TWO of them). A great role model for everyone who is dealing with being in love with someone so different than them they want to ... I dunno, cry, laugh, smile, yell. Show an emotion that they had never shown before.

Miroku And Sango

Inu Yasha is a dog-demon. Okee. Well, first off, he's a HALF-demon. Meaning on the first new moon of every month, he becomes human. His grey hair turns black and he is powerless. Annnyway, aside from that, InuYasha is a bit... shall we say... arrogant. He's always trying to keep his reputation as much as possible. Even if that means risking his own life. 50 years ago from the day Kagome came into the feudal-ages, InuYasha was in love with Kikyo. Unfortunately, an enemy of his had made his life a living hell by tricking both InuYasha and Kagome into betraying each other.

This Enemy is Naraku. The worst villian to come accross.

Flashing forward now. Kagome is a highschool student just trying to pass class with her grades. Who would have known she is the incarnate of the high priestess Kikyo?

Kagome gets pulled into the Bone Eaters Well and meets InuYasha.

Now, Inu doesn't like to admit it,- EVER- but he's falling for Kagome fast. But, of course, Kikyo is still in his heart. He just can't keep his thoughts away from Kikyo.

I mean, COME ON. Let's see.,,, um.... I can't choose.... Kikyo, a dead soul, wandering around and actually wants to see me die before she leaves earth.... Or.... Kagome, the beautiful girl that actually likes me back.... Gee, tough decision.

Well.... I dunno... I like Kikyo most out of all the characters, but I sooo think InuYasha and Kagome are the best couple out there.
