"Heartbreak Song" - Breanna Hogue

Once I was blinded by your love,
Now again I can see,
Because distance stands between us,
Miles separate you from me.
The days once short and sweet,
Are now unbearably long,
Leaving me hopeless,
Singing this heartbreak song.
A face once made of smiles,
Is now a river of tears,
And sadness now holds the place,
Of future happy years.
Years come and go,
The days are eternally long,
Until you return to me, love,
I'll sing this heartbreak song.
