1. For every missing assignment, your child will document the reason for it being
late and the date it was finally completed
2. After the third missing assignment in a month, a note from your child will be sent
home for you to sign.
3. After the fifth missing assignment in a month, your child will be sent for an
office visit.
4. After the sixth missing assignment in a month, your child will be scheduled to
stay for detention form 3:30-4:30.
5. A student starts "fresh" each month.
Classroom Discipline Policy
A color coded reminder chart is used to track students' daily behavior.
***green - good start to the day
***yellow- reminder
***orange- lose -5 minutes of recess
***red- lose recess
***blue- note home
***purple- office visit and note home
Awards
A monthly reward will be given to those students who have had no missing assignments for the month and have not had a red reminder.
