| "Satan" is merely a term used in Satanism as a symbol of rebellion and nothing more. No longer shall man be forced to believe in anything other than what he chooses nor to worship any god other than himself. Man shall be free to think and feel as he wishes without being an outcast and/or seen by others as a scapegoat. If you were to invite me to your house, as I am your guest, you should respect me as I respect you in your domain as a guest should. If you choose to disrespect me, as a Satanist, I shall leave your house. Let's turn the tables and say that I was to invite you to my house. I respect you, as you are my guest and you should respect me since it is my domain. If you should choose to disrespect me in my own home, as a Satanist, I shall show you no mercy for the disrespect you have shown me. "An eye for an eye," as some say, but to me, it's only natural. We are humans and, because of that, cannot refuse the truth of the carnal nature that only comes natural to us. Do not try to pretend you are better than "the animals" because man is far worse than any creature that walks upon four legs. Face the truth, man is the only animal that kills when he is not hungry and destroys this beautiful Earth that evolution took so long to create. In a way, it seems ironic that man, natures most intelligent species, is also the stupidest. I use the term "stupid" for the obvious reason that you know what's right and what's wrong, but you choose to ignore what you know and do as you please...Therefore, man's carnal nature strikes again. If you have ever been told that Satanists worship the devil and believed it, I ask you now, why did you not accept the comment for what it was (just a comment) and then go research it yourself to find out the truth for yourself? Perhaps that is what you are doing now and that is how you found this site... If so, welcome to Satanic Darkness and please sit back and enjoy reading about the truth behind Satanism, also known as "the darkest and most evil religion of all," which, of course, you know is a myth if you've read anything I just said. We are not about "p*ssing off the religious right," not because that would be a bad idea (after all, it sounds like fun to me), but because we have more respect and dignity as Satanists than just about any other religion that you've ever heard of. Keep that in mind next time you hear a Christian screaming of how we are all going to burn for our sins. After all, we Satanists have only defended ourselves against them, never attacked back (although "an eye for an eye" would be great to practice on them) we know how fragile our acceptance in society is and dare not chance any more false roomers nor legal problems with trying to get the approval of Satanism as a nationally recognized religion. Seek your own god in yourself and see that Satanism has nothing to do with "being evil" nor Satan worship (those people are Luciferians, which is a completely different religion all together).
