APPA is found in 1999. Since 1999 the direction has been working every day to improve the relation between the mass urband and the peasans in the rural sections;also it has worked to connect the middle class to the mass and peasans in order to reduce the differences that existe between them(Haitians). OUR EFFORTS:
To be more practical with our work,MR. Lucien Petit,the general secretary of the party and the rest of the direction altogether took the rural sections in order to explain better our project. We went to Jacmel,Leogane,petit groave,Cayes,Cap Haitien,Achare and ect. We organized conferences: AT HOTEL LACAYENNE ,CAyes,University ROI Christophe,Cap, Le Lambi petit groave and the other cities. OUR PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE AFFAIRS: In 2000 parlementary elections that taking place in the country, we participated in different positions such as senate,deputy,mayor,council members. During the trouble between the Aristide government the the rest of the opposition,we proposed a very important and patriotic pro-solution unfortunatly the rest of opposition did not really understand it.
