SemiSolid
Wrap my arms around the air
Makes it warm and fuzzy to the touch
Without identifying it
You could call it "semisolid"
Just enough to hold, to obsess
Become an obsession of mine
I left something in an abandoned apartment
Something solid on the cheap carpet
Something valuable
Something missed
Without a name
Semisolid
That's what I am
A mass of color and scent
Warm dark color and sweet scent
Better described as musky
Semisolid
I'll leach onto anything
Anything solid
Trying to figure out how it works
Why it's not a desperate mess like me
Turn the sprockets and the wheels
Devour the insides and try to make it work for me
Cause I'm semisolid baby
Come closer
And tell me
Just how solid are you?
