1 kg chicken parts (wings, backs, drummets)
2 carrots
1 celery root
2 onions
1 bell pepper
3-4 tomatoes
6 cloves garlic
1 thin slice of smoked bacon
parsley leaves, vinegar

Boil the meat, remove the scum from the surface of the soup, then add one by one grated carrot, celery cubed, minced onions and finely chopped bell pepper. When the veggies are almost tender, add the tomatoes peeled and chopped finely.
Chop finely the smoked bacon, mince the parsley leaves and the garlic and add all to the soup 10 min. before it’s ready. Add vinegar to taste. Serve hot.
