Clean the beans and boil in water with 1 onion and when is very soft, pass it through a sieve.
Clean the veggies, chop finely and boil in a saucepan with water. When it’s almost done, add the bean paste, then the smoked bacon cut into small cubes and slightly fried in lard. Let all ingredients boil in the soup at medium fire for another 25-30 min.
When ready, add salt and pepper to taste. Served it with minced parsley leaves on top.
