Stuffed tomatoes
INGREDIENTS:
6 tomatoes
200 g cottage cheese
100 g ewe's cheese (telemea)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh dill
Fresh parsley
Pepper, optionally tarragon
PREPARATION:
Cut the top of the tomatoes, carefully remove the core with a teaspoon so that the outer skin remains intact. Mix well all other ingredients and stuff the tomatoes with the resulting paste, then put back the cut caps on the tomatoes.
