Romanian sunny-side eggs

INGREDIENTS:

 

4 eggs

30 g butter

parsley leaves, 1 level teaspoon salt

2 tablespoon vinegar

 

PREPARATION:

 

 

Boil water in a 2 l saucepan, add salt and 2 tablespoons of vinegar. Break each egg in a cup and gently pour them into the boiling water to “slide” on the surface of the water. Repeat with all the eggs and let them boil for 1-2 min. until the egg white is hard and the yolk is soft inside.

Use a strainer to take out the eggs, place them on a plate and top with slices of butter and minced parsley leaves. Serve hot.
