Mayonnaise stuffed eggs

INGREDIENTS:

 

6 eggs

2 hard boiled yolks

1 teaspoon mustard

100 g oil

1 tablespoon sour cream

salt

olives, lettuce

 

PREPARATION:

 

 

Make mayonnaise by mixing well 2 hard boiled yolks, oil, a pinch of salt and mustard. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel them and cut them into halves longitudinally. Place them on a plate (yolk down) and pour a layer of mayonnaise mixed with sour cream on top of the eggs. Place a small lettuce leaf or pieces of olives on each of the eggs for decoration.
