Liver stuffed eggs

INGREDIENTS:

 

6 eggs

100 g goose liver

1 teaspoon butter

salt

lettuce leaves

 

PREPARATION:

 

 

Boil the eggs for 10 mins, peel them and cut into halves longitudinally. Remove the yolks from the egg white. Pass the yolks through a strainer then mix them with the liver, salt and butter. Stuff the egg whites with this mixture and place them on thinly cut lettuce leaves.
