Fish paste stuffed eggs

INGREDIENTS:

 

6 eggs

50 g butter

1 teaspoon fish paste (anchovy)

lettuce leaves

 

PREPARATION:

 

 

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, peel them and cut into halves longitudinally. Remove the yolks from the egg whites, put them in a bowl and add the butter and the fish paste. Mix all well until you obtain a homogenous paste and stuff the egg whites with it. Place the eggs on a plate on lettuce leaves.
