Bell peppers stuffed with cheese

INGREDIENTS:

5 small bell peppers
100 g butter
200 g cottage cheese
1 tablespoon minced dill
salt
|
|
|
|
PREPARATION:

|
|
Wash, dry and core the bell peppers. Remove all seeds. Mix the cottage cheese with the butter and salt. Stuff the bell peppers with the cheese mixture, then spread a little dill on top. Refrigerate.
