Lucian Design™ was started in 2000, by Rev. Cynthia A. Gagat, by working on a few personal web sites and homepages for a few of her friends, Basically it was started on MSN Communities, and then branched out from there, into other areas.

All sites by Lucian Design™ are mainly hand coded and checked in DreamWeaver8® for accuracy, as well as the special effects and enhancements that are used in Web Design today. We have many filters avaliable for your graphics which are done with Fireworks8® with Eye Candy5®.

Lucian Design™ will develop a web site that is right for you and for your wants and needs, along with a price that is right for you. One of our aims is to keep Web Design at an affordable price for all people, however we do have some types of websites that we exclude and will not design. We are located in the personal home of Cynthia Gagat and are an online based Company, this makes it easier for you, the client and customer to get ahold of the owner. There are also various messaging systems that the owner currently uses and will be given to you upon your request by email.
