A equipe feminina se prepara para o primeiro compromisso: a Montreux Volley Masters, na Su��a, de 03 a 08 de junho. J� a masculina come�a os treinamentos para a Liga Mundial, que acontece de 16 de maio a 13 de julho. Comandadas por Marco Aur�lio Motta, as jogadoras, que se apresentaram neste DOMINGO (DIA 30.03), no Hotel Luxor Regente, em Copacabana, fazem uma s�rie de exames f�sicos durante todo o dia de AMANH� (SEGUNDA). Na sele��o masculina, os atletas se apresentam ao t�cnico Bernardinho, no Hotel Luxor Continental, no Leme, at� �s 22h desta SEGUNDA. No dia seguinte (TER�A-FEIRA), fazem a parte f�sica na Academia Esta��o do Corpo, na Lagoa, a partir das 8h, e, � tarde, treinam com bola no Centro de Capacita��o F�sica do Ex�rcito, na Urca, a partir das 16h.
