Rio - Poucos dias depois de voltar ao Brasil, ap�s a disputa do Grand Prix, Marco Aur�lio Motta, t�cnico da Sele��o Brasileira feminina de v�lei, divulga nesta sexta-feira a lista de jogadoras que participar�o dos treinamentos visando o Campeonato Mundial da Alemanha que come�a no dia 30 deste m�s. As jogadoras se apresentar�o neste domingo � noite e treinam no Rio de Janeiro, no Centro de Capacita��o F�sica do Ex�rcito, por duas semanas.

O quarto lugar conquistado na �sia deixou o treinador bastante satisfeito. Segundo ele, a equipe cresceu durante a competi��o e para um time que contou com dez jogadoras que nunca tinham participado de um torneio semelhante, a coloca��o foi bastante honrosa.

"Nossa maior preocupa��o durante o Grand Prix foi melhorar o rendimento das atacantes e a integra��o delas com a Marcele. Investimos na rela��o entre o bloqueio e a defesa e conseguimos um bom aproveitamento", afirmou Marco Aur�lio.

No entanto, a partir de domingo a preocupa��o do treinador passar� a ser outra: "Agora precisamos aumentar a velocidade nas jogadas de ataque. Nesta fase de prepara��o teremos de corrigir alguns detalhes, j� temos as jogadas definidas, precisamos apenas aprimorar", explicou o treinador.

E � justamente entre as atacantes que Marco Aur�lio pode surpreender nesta convoca��o. Como pouco antes do embarque para o Grand Prix o treinador sofreu com pedidos de dispensa e les�es, ele confirma que um ou dois nomes diferentes podem aparecer na lista desta sexta-feira.

"A equipe j� est� formada e � a que foi ao Grand Prix. Minha preocupa��o � com as jogadoras que ficaram. Continuo com a mesma postura, elas que pediram dispensa. Tivemos poucas op��es de jogadoras de ponta na �sia, estamos pensando em trazer uma ou duas para essa posi��o que estamos carentes".

Na competi��o asi�tica, Marco Aur�lio p�de observar algumas equipes que estar�o disputando o Mundial e acredita que as partidas serviram para que suas meninas ganhassem maturidade, padr�o e confian�a. Ingredientes importantes para uma equipe que vai disputar um Campeonato Mundial.

"Na Alemanha vamos ter uma competi��o dif�cil, com a presen�a de equipes europ�ias que n�o estavam no Grand Prix. Na primeira fase, entre os advers�rios, vamos enfrentar duas sele��es que praticamente n�o conhe�o. Austr�lia e Gr�cia s�o duas inc�gnitas. A Pol�nia � uma equipe emergente, teve bons resultados e vem apresentando um bom n�vel, tanto que ganhou da Alemanha. A Tail�ndia n�s conhecemos e vencemos nas duas oportunidades agora no Grand Prix.
