My interest results are focused in the Financial, People Service and Enterprising themes. I am motivated to attend to the
detailed aspects of a position while focusing on profit issues. My interests help to balance the administrative side of work
with the competitive. My motivation for working with others complements leading or facilitating teams as well as encouraging
them.
My short-term goal is to find a position that will put me in a forward-moving company with solid performance and future
projections. As part of a team, I want to add value and continue to grow the company.
My long-term goal will depend on where the company goes. My plan is to move into a position of responsibility where I
can lead a team.
It is very important for me to work for a company whose values align with my personal values.
Based on both teamwork
and individual contribution , I want to build my career at a company who�s values are the excellent service to clients and
each other; working together to succeed; personal responsibility for high performance; diversity for growth and innovation;
trust through integrity in everything is doing.
Working directly with the customers and finding solutions to their problems is an important part of the job for me, because
it gives me personal satisfaction.
I thrive in a work environment where I am encouraged to be innovative and take risks.
One of my strengths is my ability to be flexible. I've seen companies go through many changes in structure and management
philosophy. I've had to adjust my style to the new environment several times. As far as weaknesses, I really enjoy my work,
and sometimes I put in too much time. But by being aware of my tendency to overwork, I have learned to pace myself more
and work less overtime.
