HUARAZ-PERU CLIMBING SITE
Huaraz: Capital of the department of Ancash, lies in the rio Santa Valley, flanked to the west by the Cordillera Negra and to the east by the Cordillera Blanca, 420 Km. north from Lima about eight hours by bus.
Huaraz Altitude is 3091 meter above the sea level, the best time to visit the region is  during the dry season ( may to september) . Huaraz is the most important Ice climbing, trekking and backpacking center in Peru.

LA ESFINGE
La Esfinge a monolith of 900 meters of pure granite, It's one of the highest big walls in the americas. La Esfinge holds a huge potential for  Big Wall Climbing, Being a premier high altitude destination for enthusiats rock climbers.The Sphinx tops out at 5320 Meters (17470 feet)
