| This is the night when everyone else heard the proclamation "The Mission is the Reason!". Now, everyone can help our poor and sick Kababayan and at the same time have fun too. The founding officers headed by the president Jun Enverga was sworned to office, The plan to send a Medical Mission to the Philippines was first announced. |

| Another one of the First, PICNIC 1999 August 1999 Every Lucenahin gathered to meet their newly found Kababayan, The Lucenahins as one family in one big dining table all gathered together to eat, have fun and get to know more of each other. This is one summer to remember! |

| 1999 was a very busy year, another fund raising was held at Rivergrove Community Center chaired by Heddie Manalo-Cava. LCAO was going full speed to enable the organization to accomplish the Mission it had promised. The guests were awed by the decorations designed by William & Tess Mendoza |
