JANUARY: 2001 Steve & Marta Downaik, Daughter Tamara arrived Jan. 18 till Jan. 22 Tamara's friend Sean arrived Jan. 19 till Jan. 22 Not nearly enough time together, but made the most of it. Waaaaay to much liquid and not enough sleep. Sean passed!!!!! Since this visit, Tamara & Sean have become engaged June and are now expecting a baby in May In that order lol Tam & Jess are now with Sean in Orillia Will keep ya posted. |

| JUNE - JULY: 2001 Daughter Tamara, along with grand daughter Jessica and her friend Cierra all arrived on June 8th. Tamara & Cierra had to leave on the 12th, Jessica stayed with us until July 18th |

| In July I returned Jessica up to Ohio then headed to Ontario to visit family & friends. Met up with Murray in Edmonton Aug. 1 - 14th Mur's 20 yr. High School Reunion in Dawson, Grizzley Valley Days in TR........Back to Edmonton for a visit with dear friends Rog & Jackie Hallett Mur had to return to the Island, but I went to meet my NEW GRANDSON STOKER in Grand Forks ND |
| I headed to Ontario, (Feb. 28 to Mar. 18th) while Mur entertained down here. (Got a dose of Winter) Took a side trip down to Ohio with Mom to visit Tamara & Jess. Saw the bro Scott, Louise & Steven. Then down to Keswick for a great visit with the Chapmans, the Motts, too many more to mention. Spent some time with new buddy Bev as well as the Dowaniks in Orillia. One of the highlites of the trip was getting to attend the 20th Anniversary of the Larry Grasby Memorial Hockey Tournament.
